The greats all start somewhere and for most there’s an embarrassing early project or two they’d prefer was left buried. But not in this case! Soul Selects is proud to release this surprisingly mature and compelling EP from Random Joe & the Strillards. This is the band that Chris Harford, Jason Jones, Sean Keenan, and Jason Jones formed while still in high school. Featuring four unbelievably catchy songs — including the Undertones-esque scorcher “Mormon Blues” —  this EP showcases four great songwriters and musicians in their earliest incarnation.
